You will:
- Perform desk research, conduct interviews, analyze data;
- Participate in problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
- Synthesize your findings into reports;
- Evaluate the client's ideas and the suitability of the funding measure;
- Prepare the project application, budget, financial plan;
- Coordinate the implementation of the projects;
- In addition to public sector projects, you will be responsible for supporting private sector companies in the implementation of financing projects (e.g., Resource Efficiency, Estonia-Norway projects, etc.).
Requirements:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance, or a related subject and preferably experience in a public sector organization or with public sector clients;
- You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills;
- You feel comfortable with Estonian and English as your main working languages, both verbal and written;
- You have previous experience in writing funding projects, e.g., you understand the regulations, can validate project ideas, and assess their suitability for a funding measure;
- You are interested in different areas of the public sector (e.g., health, environment, etc.) and you are willing to help companies implement exciting projects;
- You are no stranger to cost-benefit analysis and are skilled in reading financial reports;
- You have the skills to explain the regulatory requirements to different parties, both orally and in writing, in understandable language;
- You have project and team management experience and a good knowledge of the functioning of the public and private sectors;
- You have the ability to manage your time, set priorities, and are always solution oriented.
