Summary
Team is composed by Senior Project Managers whose are responsible to manage Internal and External complexes IT projects.
What you'll do
- Plan, Execute, Monitor, Report and Complete complexes and cross projects.
- Coordinate multifunctional teams, making sure the communication is fluid and efficient.
- Risk Management, building with the team contingency plans when necessary.
- Follow and control project management using agile methodologies.
- Implement the necessary changes throughout the process.
- Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project.
- Provide a cyclical cadence for project portfolio reviews that consider current priorities and correct use of human capital when making necessary tradeoffs
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing software projects
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday)
- Experience with project’s documentation (PDCA, RACI, PMI)
- Lean/Agile Methodologies Knowledge
- IT Bacharel Degree
- Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced English Level
