As Consultant, Program Manager within our Business Services – Project Management team, you will play a critical role in enabling projects that deliver strategic business outcomes and enhance value for internal stakeholders and external partners. This role offers the opportunity to create impact by organizing and driving complex initiatives that optimize processes, integrate technology, and achieve measurable results. If you are energized by working across functions, solving operational challenges, and leveraging data-driven insights to simplify workflows, this position will allow you to lead meaningful contributions in service of Coca‑Cola’s growth strategy.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of programs and projects that align with stated business priorities and operational objectives.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for multiple stakeholders, ensuring program requirements and milestones are clearly defined, communicated, and met.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables while monitoring progress against established goals.
  • Partner with business teams to streamline processes in areas such as order management and supplier engagement, leveraging technology platforms for real-time tracking and reporting.
  • Consolidate and communicate key insights from project performance to enable informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate integration of best practices and lessons learned across project portfolios to strengthen efficiency and consistency of execution.
  • Provide structured problem-solving support to resolve issues quickly, applying critical reasoning and data analysis for effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to identify automation opportunities and simplify workflows in support of strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and risk management throughout the project lifecycle, optimizing time and costs while delivering expected results.
  • Promote an environment that values collaboration, accountability, and operational discipline to achieve customer satisfaction and organizational success.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in project or program management with demonstrated ability to deliver complex initiatives.
  • Proficiency with core project management tools and digital platforms such as SAP, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong project management and communication skills who can effectively influence and work with others.
  • Knowledge of business systems, order management processes, and supplier fulfillment frameworks preferred.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to engage stakeholders across varied functions and levels.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and capability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows concurrently with attention to detail, data accuracy, and time sensitivity.
  • Familiarity with performance dashboards and ability to interpret metrics for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills and capacity to operate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and technological curiosity to drive innovation and process improvement.

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
