What you'll be doing
You’ll be joining the Architecture Risk, Governance and Operations (ARGO) Team as a Consultant, Process, Change Management, and Communications. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to enhancing operational efficiencies and driving effective change management initiatives across Technology Architecture.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to document and standardize processes, ensuring that communication strategies effectively support these changes. Your expertise will be essential in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that all team members are equipped to adapt to new processes.
At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How you'll succeed:
Process Documentation and Improvement: Collaborate with business partners to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. Lead initiatives to document and standardize procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization.
Change Management Leadership: Develop and implement change management strategies that effectively communicate process changes to stakeholders. Create communication materials, including presentations and FAQs, to ensure all team members are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate open communication and collaboration. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and address any concerns related to process changes.
Training and Support: Design and deliver training sessions to equip team members with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to new processes. Provide ongoing support and resources to help teams navigate changes effectively.
Who you are:
You hold a degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field, and have at least 3-5 years of experience in roles focused on process improvement and change management.
You can demonstrate experience in process improvement, change management, communications, and process automation; with a strong focus on operational processes. You possess the ability to analyze complex problems and collaborate with teams to identify effective solutions.
You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to convey detailed information in a clear and engaging manner. Your proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Visio, enables you to create impactful documentation and visual representations of processes.
You are an independent worker and problem solver. You are comfortable taking initiative and driving projects forward. Familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint is a plus.
