  • Map compliance and privacy requirements to organizational policies, procedures, and practices.

Digital and Privacy Enablement:

  • Review and validate functionality requirements for WebTracker and MarTech components.
  • Analyze and evaluate WebTracker monitoring service reports for compliance.
  • Provide advisory services to teams and stakeholders on compliance-related development and deployment.
  • Track and monitor remediation efforts to ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for privacy processes.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance Enablement:

  • Provide guidance on administrative, technical, and physical controls to support compliance goals.
  • Assess the effectiveness of operational, security, and privacy controls.
  • Collaborate with legal, marketing, and operational teams to address compliance objectives.
  • Identify gaps and provide solutions to enhance control maturity.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Your values:
    • Integrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.
    • Purposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.
    • Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Familiarity with data protection frameworks (e.g., NIST, CCPA, PCI, ISO, HIPAA).
  • Proven experience in internal compliance assessments and readiness reviews.
  • Strong understanding of control types (administrative, technical, and physical).
  • Expertise in evaluating the effectiveness of operational, security, and privacy controls.
  • Experience working with WebTracker/MarTech technologies and digital compliance.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Confluence and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal and marketing.

 Preferred certifications:

  • Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
  • Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
  • GDPR or other relevant data protection certification.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive compensation with opportunities for additional incentives. The salary for this role is $80-110K/year
  • Work/life balance – we know there’s more to life than work! We encourage our team to pursue other passions, get outside, and spend time with family. We work with clients and consultants to set expectations for a manageable workload.
