Consultant – Premium Residency (Saudi Nationals only)

Contract (ie Perm/FTC/Part-Time): Permanent 
Team: Premium Residency
Office Location: Riyadh – Saudi Arabia 

The role:
The Premium Residency consultant is required to support the delivery of high-quality consultancy services related to Saudi Arabia’s Premium Residency program.
This role will manage end-to-end casework for corporate clients and their assignees, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a high standard of client service. The Consultant will work closely with internal teams, clients, and government entities to facilitate smooth processing and timely completion of applications.

What your day will look like:
• Manage full lifecycle of Premium Residency cases, including assessment, documentation, application preparation, submission, and follow-up
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and assignees, providing clear guidance on process, timelines, and requirements
• Conduct eligibility assessments and consultation calls for prospective applicants
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and government entities to progress applications
•Monitor case progress and proactively address delays or issues
• Ensure all cases meet internal compliance standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in internal systems
• Support timely and accurate billing by ensuring completion of required milestones and documentation
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team

What we are looking for:
Essential criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Saudi National Only

• 3–6 years of experience in immigration, global mobility, or PRO services within Saudi Arabia
• Experience handling Premium Residency or complex immigration cases is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Saudi immigration processes and government procedures
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Fluent in English (required)

Preferred skills:
• Arabic language skills are preferred
