Your Impact
You will contribute to high-impact client engagements, working alongside experienced teams and directly with clients to solve complex operational challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the delivery of operational excellence and transformation programmes
Leading defined workstreams and contributing to successful project execution
Analysing operational processes, performance data, and improvement opportunities
Conducting site-based assessments, interviews, and workshops
Developing client deliverables, including presentations and recommendations
Supporting the implementation of practical, sustainable improvements

Who You Are
You bring strong analytical thinking, a curious mindset, and the ability to thrive in diverse, international environments.
Experience
Experience in management consulting or a relevant industry environment
Exposure to operational excellence, performance improvement, or transformation initiatives
Experience working in project teams or contributing to defined workstreams
Capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capability
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Education & Languages
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Mobility
Willingness to travel across China and internationally as required

Skills Required
- Operation management experience in Chemicals, Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Manufacturing
- Experience in management consulting firms
- Master/Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields
- Understanding of project management methodology and data analysis
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
