In der kontinuierlichen Verbraucherforschung erheben und analysieren wir das Nutzungs- und Einkaufsverhalten von Konsument*innen. Auf diese Weise erhalten wir wichtige Informationen darüber, wie sich das Verhalten der Konsument*innen und somit auch Märkte im Zeitverlauf verändern.
Die Division Retail & Lifestyle ist eine von vier Sales-Abteilungen innerhalb von Consumer Panel Services (CPS). Mit unserem Team beraten wir datenbasiert B2B-Kunden aus den Bereichen FMCG Retail, Nonfood & Fashion, Media & Entertainment sowie Travel & Mobility.
Als Consultant (m/w/d) im Client Management Team (CMT) sind Sie mitverantwortlich für das Business mit unseren Kunden im Bereich Media & Entertainment mit Fokus Film. In diesem Bereich arbeiten Sie mit Filmstudios, Streaming-Anbietern und Verbänden zusammen.
Im Einzelnen umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Eigenständige Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden sowie Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen
- Erstellung von Angeboten und Analyse-Konzepten
- Kundenorientierte Analyse der Daten, Ableitung von Schlussfolgerungen, Empfehlungen für den Kunden, Umsetzung in Präsentationen und Durchführung von Präsentationen beim Kunden
- Entwicklung bestehender Kunden sowie Ausbau des Kundenstammes
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vorträgen auf Kundenveranstaltungen und Branchenveranstaltungen
- Mitwirken beim Aufbau und der Implementierung neuer Tools und Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Ländern, internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern
- Optimierung der internen Arbeitsprozesse, Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Qualitätsthemen, Weiterentwicklung unserer Daten bzgl. Datenqualität
- Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Schnittstellen innerhalb der Organisation
Sie sind eine kommunikations- und kontaktstarke Persönlichkeit, die ein Gespür für und Interesse am aktuellen und zukünftigen Nutzungsverhalten von Entertainment-Medien, insb. Film, mitbringt und dabei kundenorientiert denkt und handelt. Sie sind engagiert, denken analytisch, arbeiten selbstständig und möchten Ihre Kreativität in unser Team einbringen.
Folgende Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts-/sozialwissenschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Consulting, Marketing/Vertrieb oder Marktforschung sowie in der Betreuung & Weiterentwicklung von Kunden
- Affinität zum Bereich Medien & Entertainment
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an Aufbau und Pflege von vertrauensvollen Beziehungen zu Kunden und zu internen Fachabteilungen
- Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein Blick für die Zusammenhänge hinter den Daten
- Lust am Aufbau neuer Kundenlösungen bzw. der Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Lösungen mitzuwirken
- Freude am Konzeptionieren und Verkauf von Lösungen, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Wünschenswert ist ein gutes Verständnis eines Consumer Panels (mit Blick auf Methodik als auch Analysemöglichkeiten)
- Fortgeschrittene MS-Office Kenntnisse insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Diese Stelle kann in einer unserer deutschen Niederlassungen in Nürnberg oder Hamburg besetzt werden und erfordert vereinzelte Reisen zu dem Standort unserer Kunden.
