Responsibilities
Delivery of consulting and implementation projects related to the PowerHaus ERP system
Analysis of existing administrative and accounting processes in condominium (WEG) and rental property management, and derivation of optimized workflows
Planning and execution of software rollouts, including functional support during implementation
Conducting user trainings, workshops, and software training sessions – both remotely and on-site
Supporting the setup of legally compliant accounting and billing processes
Ongoing support and consulting for existing customers to ensure optimal use of PowerHaus
Contributing to the further development of consulting standards, documentation, and knowledge management
Profile
Completed vocational training or degree in real estate management or a related field
Solid knowledge of processes in condominium (WEG) and rental property management; ideally with experience in accounting or billing
Experience with ERP, SaaS, or property management software is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to evaluating and optimizing processes
Excellent communication skills and a motivating approach to driving digitalization in the real estate industry
Experience in planning, managing, and coordinating tasks or projects
Willingness to travel
Very good command of German
