About the role
As a Learning and Development Consultant will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing comprehensive learning and development programs to support projects implementation in the Claims department. This role requires collaboration with various departments and ensuring the creation and maintenance of high-quality training content.
What you’ll do here:

Monitor and prioritize intake of projects related training requests.

Create and update training content based on business needs, processes, or procedures, including articles, infographics, and presentations.

Collaborate with the stakeholder to align learning and development initiatives with organizational goals.

Provide learning & development recommendations, tactics, and best practices across claims department projects.

Lead regional trainers on execution of multi-regional training deliverables.

Foster synergy among regional training teams to promote consistency and collaboration.

Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of training content to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Build and maintain reports to track the effectiveness of training campaigns.
What you bring to the table:

Educational background in Adult Education.
-
1-3 years of experience with adult education/learning theories and effective delivery of material to a variety of audiences.

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms.
-
Insurance experience (Claims, Underwriting, Brokerage, Distribution, or other related field) is an asset.

Strong proficiency in oral and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Analytical skills to track and report on training effectiveness.
-
Project management skills is a plus.

Knowledge of eLearning development tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Snag It, Storyline, Envato, V'yond/GoAnimate, MS Office), scripting and storyboard design (an asset).

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset. Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.
