Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Consultant, Joint Ventures to join our team in Roodepoort, South Africa. In this role, you will provide an operational and administrative support function for all current and future maintenance contracts on behalf of Joint Ventures
Qualifications- Matric , Diploma or Bachelor's degree
Experience Required
- 2 - 5 years Experience and understanding of Fleet Operations, the management and capturing of maintenance contracts to FMS (Fleet Management system)
- Monitors and actions emails from the generic mailbox daily to reduce JV customer complaints and down-time
- Files email correspondence and copies of contracts are filed effectively to ensure easy access and retrieval on the online system.
- Creates new contracts on the system, based on technical information stated on agreements/schedules (i.e. vehicle specification e.g. clutch is included or excluded).
- Records special/important notes on the Maintenance Monitoring Unit (MMU) under Note Pad (F6) on FMS system.
- Administers the joint venture accounts by:
o loading invoicing;
o checking payments made against allocated budget;
o preparing reports and actioning queries;
o processing month-end billing;
o checking and conducting reconciliations via odometer reading and database control
