To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Consultant – IT located in Chennai location.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to manage and support Finance IT applications, ERP deployments, and global system integrations. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementation, ensuring system stability, supporting business users, and maintaining compliance with governance and audit requirements.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional global teams, lead deployments across multiple regions, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the EA IT ecosystem
Reports to the Manager, and the role involves,
What a typical day looks like:
Lead and coordinate end-to-end ERP deployments across global sites
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful system configuration
Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure go-live readiness
Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare activities
Coordinate integrations between ERP systems and external platforms
Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
Work with technical teams on APIs, interfaces, and data exchange processes
Ensure adherence to IT security policies, compliance requirements, and audit standards
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
6–10 years of experience in IT, ERP implementations, or application support
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Infor LN / Baan / SAP
Experience in global deployment projects and multi-site coordination
Strong understanding of ERP finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA)
Experience with system integrations like Web Methods,FTP, APIs, and Webservices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic SQL Knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
