Specific activities this position may be expected to perform:

  • Set up/maintain portfolio/project artifacts in online tools (PlanView, ServiceNow, SAP)
  • Monitor/manage IT portfolio related GMBs (Portfolio Management, Portfolio Operations)
  • Triage/process Project Change Requests (PCRs)
  • Manage operational project funding levels in SAP
  • Submit Capital Allocation Requests (CARs) and supplemental requests in SAP
  • Support monthly portfolio forecasting and close activities
  • Intake Global Security and Facility projects
  • Fulfill ad hoc portfolio/project data requests
  • Support monthly Blocked Labor reporting process
  • Manage Handoff meetings, offcycle handoff requests
  • Support creation of monthly Portfolio leadership meeting materials (PIC, ITIC)
  • Create/support annual Portfolio planning files
  • Support annual Strategic Financial Planning
