The Consultant will build trusted relationships with business leadership to find areas where process mining can enable them to meet their business objectives. They will maintain technical responsibility of Process Mining solutions, and lead process analysis, specifications, solution design, development, and delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Bridge the gap between Process Mining CoE and Process Owners.
- Provide technical expertise toward all aspects of process mining, including data collection methodology, data structure and quality, design of analytics reports and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and manage licenses and APC (Analytical Processing Capability), to ensure a cost-effective license usage model.
- Set up and maintain data models/structures that are the basis for process analysis.
- Work together with stakeholders responsible for the data input to ensure we can correctly measure and track all necessary information.
- Collaborate with IT system experts to ensure the IT systems are set up correctly to gather all relevant information and support the most effective data structures.
- Maintain and extend existing Celonis data processing pipelines.
- Connect with region project sponsors and SMEs to generate analytics reports.
- Define project objectives and key metrics.
- Communicates to CoE on status, stakeholder management, issues, escalations.
- Ensures continuous improvement, best-practice, and sustainability.
- Review process discovery output to translate data into actionable business insights; create target-oriented analysis
- Prioritize work and deliverables to align with the business team’s long-term goals and strategy.
- Be active in Automation Citizen Development Community of Practice, provide oversight and guidance over how citizen developers create and integrate their automations/applications, with a specific focus on Process Mining.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. MBA or MS a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in Information Systems, experience in multiple areas of IT.
- Experience with ERP systems including JDE and SAP
- Experience with other related financial systems such as Coupa, Pega, Maximo
- Certification in process mining or Celonis, such as the Celonis Certified Process Mining Specialist (CCPMS) certification
- Experience in Object-centric process mining, including data modeling and process analysis
- Experience in Source to Pay and Order to Cash processes, with a strong understanding of finance principles
- Experience in Global Business Services, including process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
