You will:
- Collaborate with the project manager and team to coordinate activities;
- Conduct desk research, market analysis, and benchmarking to assess trends and opportunities;
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights;
- Support the development and implementation of training and capacity-building programs;
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for clients;
- Work with statistical databases and business data to support decision-making;
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and corporate events;
- Evaluate and refine existing and proposed solutions, identifying risks and business impacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or related field;
- up to 2 years of professional experience in consulting, innovation, entrepreneurship, or related fields;
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
- Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities;
- Results-oriented mindset with accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility;
- Integrity and willingness to accept responsibility;
- Self-organization and punctuality;
- Good command in MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint;
- Portuguese language at native level;
- English level B2 or higher;
- Ability to work in the office in Porto 3 days/week.
