You really want to shape big things? Here you are – be part of ContiTechs central Cybersecurity team where you have the chance to shape our ISMS, focussing the Information Security Risk Management piece.

These are your tasks:

• • Constant management of Information Security related Risks within ContiTech

• • • Assume process-ownership for IS Risk Management within the organization
    • Establish and maintain stable IS risk governance structures
    • Constant monitoring of the threat landscape applicable to ContiTech
    • Develop, implement and maintain stable mechanisms for IS Risk management
    • Identification, Evaluation, classification,consolidation and rating of IS Risks together with relevant stakeholders
    • Transfer and conslidation of risks into the cyberrisk register
    • Consolidation and reporting of risks to Cybersecurity Management
    • Tracking of cyber risk mitigation measures
    • Close collaboration with internal stakeholder (Enterprise risk management, OT, Purchasing, ...)
    • Assess and process IS Exceptions

• • Handling of ISMS related tasks like

• • • Define, maintain, and continuously improve rules, procedures, and processes in the ISMS considering internal and external requirements.
    • Execute Cybersecurity Assessments
    • Support in Audit preparation and execution
    • Support in implemention and execution of rule adherence measurement processes
    • Support in the creation of Awareness measures for different stakeholders

• University degree in computer science or similar
• Several years of experience in Information Security, Cyber Risk Management, , Architecture and Processes
• Knowledge in IS relevant industry standards such as ISO27001 family,  NIST, BSI (Certifications like CISSP or similar are desired)
• Experience in managing projects on a larger scale
• Interpersonal and intercultural skills to work with different stakeholders
• Good (self-)organizational skills
• Effective communication skills in English and German
• Willingness to travel from time to time
