WellSky is seeking a Consultant II to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our software solutions for clients, ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the product. You will analyze the client's current state and determine how our software can be leveraged to meet their unique needs. This role requires an understanding of technical functionalities, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time and within budget.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Partner with project managers, in the planning and execution of implementation tasks through the life cycle of the project ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, including analysis of current software workflows, designs and mapping processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead executive client meetings by using valuable insights on business workflows to determine recommendations for leveraging the software capabilities based on their objectives and challenges to create efficiencies. Ensure implementation tasks address gaps.
  • Serve as an advisor for clients, offering advanced consultation on software customization and configuration, leveraging sophisticated features to optimize user experience
  • Deliver advanced training sessions for designated client members on intricate software functionalities, tailoring the approach to accommodate diverse user needs thus maximizing the software to the client's usability.
  • Independently resolves the majority of software configuration issues .
  • Provide mentorship to other consultants on the team by supporting escalations, as well as, train new hires

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years related work experience
  • Previous experience with CPR+ and/or CareTend
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Do you stand above the rest?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy Software
  • Experience implementing software
