Concept Reply is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Azure cloud services, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and monitoring, and collaborates closely with development and operations teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable deployments.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for application build, test, and deployment.
- Manage and optimize Azure resources (App Services, AKS, Storage Accounts, VMs, Functions, Key Vault, etc.).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM/Bicep templates, or similar tools.
- Automate environment provisioning and configuration using PowerShell or Python.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate DevOps best practices throughout the SDLC.
- Manage source control (Git), branching strategies, and release management.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement observability tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics).
- Ensure security compliance through RBAC, managed identities, and secrets management.
- Support disaster recovery, backup strategies, and cost optimization within Azure.
- Troubleshoot build/deployment issues and continuously improve CI/CD processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions in production environments.
- Proven experience with Azure cloud architecture, networking, and resource management.
- Expertise in CI/CD, IaC, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, alerting, and incident response.
- Solid understanding of source control and branching strategies (GitFlow).
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104, or AZ-305).
- Experience integrating security and compliance checks in CI/CD.
- Knowledge of multi-environment management (dev/test/prod) and blue-green or canary deployments.
- Exposure to microservices and serverless architectures.
- Experience with YAML pipelines, Azure Repos, and Artifacts.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and tooling (SonarQube, OWASP, Prisma Cloud, etc.).
