Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and/or contribute to implementation enterprise security and delivery solutions.

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers on web security and related technologies.

  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical integrations, configuration, testing, Troubleshooting, documentation, and go-live support.

  • Identify potential technical risks and proactively define mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery.

  • Leverage F5 tools and platforms for implementation, automation, and API enablement.

  • Contribute to the development and standardization of processes and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Capture and share field learnings to strengthen internal knowledge and continuous improvement.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

  • Strong understanding of core internet technologies, including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, HTML, and related web service delivery components.

  • In-depth technical expertise in at least two of the following areas:
    Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Bot Management, Load Balancing/Proxy, Cloud Networking/Operations, Data Center Infrastructure, L3–L7 DDoS protection and CDN.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, Azure, or AWS).

  • Foundational experience in networking and network security, with a career progression toward deep expertise in Layer 7 technologies.

  • Proficiency in programming and scripting (Python, Terraform).

  • Experience integrating solutions within complex environments, preferably in the software or cybersecurity industry.

  • Background in Solutions Engineering or Professional Services, supporting large-scale enterprise customers.

  • Experience in technical roles involving web operations, incident response, customer support, system monitoring, or similar functions.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer relationship management.
