What you will do
- Support identification of associate and customer implications for inventoried initiatives
- Grow knowledge of the following as it relates to the Product/Program:
- Customer needs, pain-points and opportunities.
- The business, the stakeholder needs, and constraints.
- The retail, finance, and automotive industries.
- How technology is being applied to power the customer experience from purchase through ownership.
- Maintain recurring Program Management meetings and solicit and organize presenter agendas
- Elevate concerns in capacity for a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and business owners to drive the prioritization.
- Assist in tracking and communication of trends and accomplishments related to project and Tech Sprint items.
- Assist in scheduling meetings with Strategic Planning and Delivery partners for the creation of communications and presentations for project, product, and strategic initiatives.
- Track, document, and provide project and product initial ROI metrics, partnering with data team partners to collect input needed
- Build relationships with key business partners to ensure product plans are aligned with company objectives/plans.
- Assist with coordination and communication needs for vendor contacts.
- Identify enhancements to guidelines, policies, practices, and procedures to drive improvements to internal product management and development processes; partner with managers to identify opportunity areas and determine best practices.
- Assist with identifying change management or ADKAR needs; help create change management documentation
- Provide support in the prioritization, initiative alignment and status reporting of the Strategic Plan.
- Help support creation of dashboards and reporting to reflect the status of system enhancement request; track and monitor enhancements to reporting/dashboarding for Strategic Planning and Delivery.
- Schedule and maintain attendee list for prioritization meetings and/or remediation related action plans
Help to drive collaborative innovation to identify unique solutions to company needs

Your forward-thinking and strategic approach will be matched by an urge to drive rapid product delivery and make a real impact on the business. To do this, you must be able to innovative, organized, and gain buy-in from others, partnering cross-functionally to scale the experiences we build for CAF customers.
Qualifications and requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- 1-2 years’ experience in program and/or product management or a related field preferred
