The Role

Job Description:

The Consultant I, Specialty Client Success supports clients in utilizing the company’s solutions to meet their organizational goals and objectives. This role provides hands-on learning opportunities through consulting engagements, assisting with project coordination, system configurations, and implementation activities under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in rendering consulting services at client sites, corporate offices, and remotely.
  • Support project stakeholders by gathering information, documenting workflows, and assisting in gap analysis.
  • Participate in Discovery sessions for new implementations to understand client-specific configurations and workflows.
  • Build, configure, and maintain basic best practice workflows based on standard client needs.
  • Document client interactions, system configurations, and identified gaps in product functionality.
  • Provide Go-Live support and user adoption assistance for the company’s products.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely deliverables and maintain documentation for project outcomes.
  • Support client education efforts by discussing training materials, system functionality, and workflow optimizations.
  • Travel up to 50%.
  • Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.
Education Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Informatics, Computer/Data Science, or related field.
  • Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
Experience Required:
  • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare IT, customer success, consulting, or project coordination.
License/Certification Required:
  • Ability to obtain NCP Certification in EHR or EPM and DM within 6 months of employment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of: Basic understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical practice management. Knowledge of EHR/Practice Management systems preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SQL or other data tools is a plus.
  • Skill in: Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
