The Consultant I is responsible for coordination and execution of project activities during implementation and training of software to clients implementing WellSky Home solutions. Ensure project success, satisfaction of contractual obligations, and transition of clients into a post-implementation client support program during the professional services engagement.
Key Activities:
- Work directly with project managers, project teams and client personnel coordinating implementation tasks through the life cycle of the project
- Conduct client meetings to ensure the implementation tasks are executed properly
- Train customers to maximize the use of their system
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of worked time and other client deliverables according to established standards and procedures to ensure proper billing and revenue recognition
- Configures solution per requirements gathered, including business process workflow design and mapping

Basic Requirements:
- 0-3 years relevant work experience in professional services, consulting or software delivery
- Able to transfer knowledge in workplace or classroom settings

- Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- Works well in a dynamic team environment
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to travel up to 50% Additional travel may be required depending on customer needs

Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in the Home Health and Hospice industries is preferred, but not required
Additional Requirements:
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer (laptop)
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
