Our Consulting Delivery Hub (CDH) in India is a critical part of ERM’s global consulting model enabling scalable, high-quality delivery across regions and service lines. CDH teams work in close partnership with regional consultants to support global client projects, providing specialist expertise, driving consistency, and enhancing delivery efficiency across our most important programmes.
As part of the Consulting Delivery Hub, you will collaborate with colleagues worldwide, contribute to complex sustainability projects, and play a key role in shaping the future of global consulting delivery.
Why this role matters?
As a Consultant/Hydrogeologist, you will support ERM’s global consulting delivery by [core purpose]. You will work within different teams/service lines (i.e.: Site Investigation and Remediation), partnering with SEBU project managers to support projects delivery. This role is critical to improve efficiency/quality of the delivery.
What your impact is?
- Supporting junior colleagues but also Project Managers and Task Manager in analysing field data.
- Supporting junior colleagues but also Project Managers and Task Manager in data reporting, preparation of technical annexes (i.e.: groundwater maps, stratigraphic logs, lithological section, etc)
What you’ll bring:
- Degree in hydrogeology, geology, or related discipline·
- Ability to manage tasks independently and work on multiple projects at a time.
- Strong data interpretation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in interpretation of hydrological data
Preferred:
- Document and collaboration tools (MS Office Suite, SharePoint).
- Experience using GIS for spatial analysis and mapping
- Experience using Surfer for data interpolation
Key responsibilities:
- Hydrogeological/Field data elaboration.
- Preparation of groundwater surface maps, graphs, stratigraphic logs, geological sections, etc.
- Liaise with other project team members.
