Drive digital HSE transformation programs by leading functional design and implementation of enterprise HSE solutions across refining and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct HSE process and digital maturity assessments.
- Define target operating model and future-state HSE processes.
- Support digital strategy, roadmap, business case, and solution selection.
- Develop functional requirements, process maps, and implementation recommendations.
- Define implementation approaches and implement digital HSE solutions.
- Coordinate integrations, reporting, analytics, and data migration.
- Support proposal development, estimations, and client presentations.
- Mentor junior consultants and manage client stakeholders.
- Refining, Oil & Gas, Refining & Petrochemicals
- Exposure to refinery operations, process safety, environmental compliance, or asset integrity preferred.
- Thorough knowledge about HSE elements such as Incident Management, Process Safety, PTW, MoC, Risk, Audit & Compliance, Occupational Health, Environmental & Emissions, and ESG.
- Honeywell, Intelex, Enablon, Sphera, Cority, SAP EHS, Benchmark Gensuite, Octave Reliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
- 6–12+ years in HSE consulting or digital HSE implementations.
- ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, OSHA certifications are an advantage.

- Experience with HSE process and digital maturity assessments, operating models, process design, requirements, and solution implementation
- Knowledge of HSE areas including Incident Management, Process Safety, Permit to Work, Management of Change, Risk, Audit and Compliance, Occupational Health, Environmental and Emissions, and ESG
- Experience in refining, oil and gas, or petrochemicals
- Exposure to refinery operations, process safety, environmental compliance, or asset integrity
- Experience with Honeywell, Intelex, Enablon, Sphera, Cority, SAP EHS, Benchmark Gensuite, or Octave Reliance
