The HR Solutions Portfolio Consultant operates under the supervision of the Director, fulfilling responsibilities akin to a Junior Project Manager. In this position, you will oversee HR technology projects, covering all stages from planning and execution to tracking progress. Additionally, you will provide fundamental troubleshooting and support for deployed HR technologies, including enterprise-level platforms.
The role will be pivotal in driving business objectives while enhancing the HR solutions portfolio. Acting as a liaison between HR Technology teams and business stakeholders, you will work to refine operations, develop insightful data analyses, and elevate user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and tracking of HR technology projects.
- Utilize SCRUM methodology and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Work with various HR solutions including Workday, ATS, LMS, Qualtrics, Power Platforms, and Enterprise Platforms to support digital HR needs.
- Support the seamless incorporation of innovative technologies to enhance HR processes and align with strategic goals.
- Assist in managing ambiguity and leading organizational change, navigating challenges, and implementing HR process improvements.
- Utilize data analysis skills to provide insights and support informed executive decision-making.
- Promote the adoption and utilization of existing HR solutions to improve operations, data insights, and user experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and adapt to multiple tasks within individual and concurrent projects, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of HR solutions and projects.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support for implemented HR technologies, including help platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Azure DevOps and other Enterprise Solutions.
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Related Work Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in HR technology, project management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with human resource management processes and systems.
- Experience in supporting both technology-focused and non-technology-focused projects.
- Ability to balance immediate tasks with long-term strategic goals to deliver consistent results.
Skills:
- Familiarity with SCRUM and tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday, ATS, LMS, Qualtrics, and Power Platforms.
