Role : Consultant (Fixed-Term Contract)
Contract Duration : 6 months to 12 months
Location : Bangalore (preferred) / Mumbai - Hybrid model
Job Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Schedule projects and define the work pipeline.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with the creative lead and the larger marketing team to produce the final design.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Job Requirements:
- Mandatory - Prior experience of 1+ years in with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Good to have - Exp. with tools like Canva, Figma etc.
- Fluent communication in business English - verbal and written.
