Job Description Summary

The Consultant, Global People Strategy, Analytics & Operations is a full-time internal consultant who partners closely with People Team Executive Committee to leverage people, financial, and operational data to inform strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable impact. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer (CPO), this role serves as a strategic connector—translating complex data into actionable insights, shaping enterprise-wide programs, and enabling evidence-based decision-making across the People function.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with People Team COEs to analyze People data, identify trends, and surface insights that inform enterprise People strategies, programs, and investments
  • Lead analytics-driven initiatives by scoping business questions, synthesizing data from multiple sources, and translating findings into clear recommendations and execution plans
  • Facilitate programmatic coordination across People functions using data to prioritize workstreams, track progress, measure outcomes, and report impact through dashboards and executive-ready materials
  • Develop data-driven narratives and executive-level deliverables, including presentations for senior leadership, People ExCo, and quarterly Board meetings
  • Collaborate with the Talent Analytics team to conduct proactive analysis of workforce, labor, turnover, performance, engagement, and financial data to support talent planning and resource allocation decisions
  • Integrate data from diverse sources (e.g., HR systems, financials, market research, external benchmarks) to deliver holistic, insight-rich perspectives
  • Lead change management efforts by using data to assess readiness, track adoption, and measure the effectiveness of People initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Total Rewards, Talent Development, Systems, and other stakeholders to align data, insights, and program execution
  • Act as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor, connecting strategy, data, and execution to ensure continuity and operational excellence across the People function
  • Continuously evolve analytics approaches, reporting methods, and operating rhythms to strengthen data maturity within the People organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in analytics, business, economics, HR analytics, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, strategy, or a highly analytical internal role supporting senior leaders
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into strategic recommendations, ideally in a People, HR, or workforce context
  • Experience partnering with analytics teams and working with HRIS, workforce dashboards, and financial or business performance data
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to tell compelling stories with data for executive audiences
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization; commercial or services-based industry experience a plus
  • Exceptional program management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of business acumen and comfort linking People data to financial and business outcomes
  • Self-starter with a continuous-improvement mindset who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and execution-focused

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 110,500.00 - $130,000.00
