The Role
You will be joining a dynamic team that focuses on providing strategic consulting services to domestic and multinationals organizations and tackled some of the emerging challenges that they are facing. In this role you will help lead the expansion of Fidelity’s Workplace Consulting business to Canada, help develop and expand Fidelity’s capability as an innovative provider of employee rewards and benefits consulting services and solutions, specifically to the Canadian market.
The main purpose of the role will be working with groups and organizations as we seek to elevate the marketplace by challenging the status quo and rethink what is possible.
The successful candidate will continue to position Fidelity as a leader with vision in the retirement, benefits and rewards areas.
We are looking for an innovative, inventive, and driven colleague who:
- 6-10 years of experience in employee benefits (Retirement/401k, Health & Welfare, Total Compensation, Investments for Retirement Plans, etc.)
- Is recognized as a specialist in employee benefits in the Canadian market
- A proven track record when it comes to strategy and vision
- Brings strong sales and client development credentials
- Has actuarial and/or CFA credentials preferred
- Has strong interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Displays outstanding collaboration skills
- Has strong communication skills and be able to interact with senior individuals from all cultural backgrounds
- Is excited to work as part of a growing team

Fidelity’s Global Consulting practice was established in 2015 to offer international benefits and broader strategic consulting support to multinationals clients.
We focus on helping organizations manage, assess, and improve the efficiency of their employee programs by providing a fresh, innovative, and comprehensive thinking to design, strategy, financing, communication and delivery. This includes looking into new ways to tackle some of the most acute challenges that results from managing people across a series of countries.
