Job DescriptionOur team in Asia is facing an exciting growth, and we are looking for passionate professionals who want to start/accelerate their career in Insurance, Asset Management, and Operations. You will be supporting programmes related to strategic and operational advisory for our clients in these industries.
Position overview:
As a Consultant, you will support the delivery of our programmes, whilst building your career around like-minded professionals that strive to implement market-leading practices for our Hong Kong office. Given the global nature of our firm, you will support clients from all around the world, typically focusing on Insurance Companies, Asset Management Companies, and Operational Excellence across Financial Services.
You'll also work with Sia consultants from other offices to leverage on our global network and help clients deliver successful projects.
This will involve:
- Participation in projects with leading insurance companies, asset managers and Financial Institutions.
- Typically work with a team of 2-5 consultants.
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of clients' projects.
- Develop impactful solutions by analysing data, formulating hypothesis and communicating with stakeholders.
- Transforming data into meaningful insights and solutions.
- Ensuring hands on approach to growing the office with emphasis on high standard client delivery, content development and business development.
- Working closely in a diverse and international environment with our other offices and leverage our global network to take part to cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge.
- Sharing consulting best practices with the team.

- Fluency in English a must. Business proficiency in Cantonese & Mandarin highly advantageous
