We are looking for an experienced Sales Capability Consultant who understands the realities of selling and can turn commercial challenges into capability solutions.
As a trusted partner to Sales leaders across EMEA, you will play a key role in strengthening critical capabilities such as consultative selling, solution selling, customer value creation, and strategic account management.
Responsibilities- Partner with EMEA and country Sales leaders to identify current and future sales capability needs aligned to commercial priorities.
- Lead capability diagnostics to uncover sales performance barriers and identify skill, behaviour and mindset gaps.
- Translate business and sales strategies into capability priorities and development roadmaps.
- Design scalable, high-impact capability solutions that support sales effectiveness across multiple sales populations and markets.
- Drive development of critical commercial capabilities including Consultative Selling, Solution Selling, Customer Value Creation, Account Management and Sales Leadership.
- Act as the product owner for sales capability solutions, ensuring they remain relevant, impactful and aligned to evolving business needs.
- Influence senior stakeholders and investment decisions through data, insights and business-focused recommendations.
- Measure success through behavioural change, capability growth, sales effectiveness metrics and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Learning & Capability colleagues, Commercial Excellence teams and external partners to deliver integrated capability solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
- Strong experience working within sales organisations, either in Sales, Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Capability roles.
- Deep understanding of how sales performance is driven, including consultative selling, solution selling, customer value creation, and account management.
- Proven ability to diagnose business and performance challenges and translate them into capability development solutions.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and successfully operating in a complex, matrix environment.
- Track record of delivering measurable improvements in sales capability, sales effectiveness, or business performance.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision making.
Desirable
- Experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, or Organisational Development.
- Experience working across regional or international organisations.
- Knowledge of digital learning and modern capability development approaches.

This role is pay between £56,373 - £67,920 depending on experience + 10% bonus and benefits.
