- Lead the day-to-day delivery of digital analytics and consulting projects for global clients.
- Partner with clients to solve marketing and business challenges using data-driven insights.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including analysts and specialist resources, to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Analyse search, social and other digital data sources to identify trends, opportunities and consumer behaviours.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations for a range of audiences.
- Develop presentations and reports that communicate insights effectively and support client decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across global markets and functions.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, innovation and analytical excellence.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, market research, strategy, consulting or marketing analytics.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), ideally with a focus on Marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital channels and the broader digital ecosystem.
- Experience working with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, NetBase or Sprinklr.
- The ability to structure complex problems and develop practical, insight-led solutions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
- Knowledge of search analytics.
- Python programming experience, including running and debugging code.
- Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP).
