Job DetailsSenior Consultant, Dx AnalyticsLocation: Bangalore, IndiaWhy this job is importantAt Kantar, we're helping some of the world's leading brands understand people, markets and consumer behaviour through advanced analytics and digital intelligence. Our Dx Analytics team combines digital research, strategy consulting and data-driven insights to help clients make smarter business decisions across marketing, innovation and brand strategy.As a Senior Consultant, you'll work with global clients to uncover insights from digital data sources, including search and social media platforms, and transform those insights into actionable recommendations that drive business impact. You'll play a key role in leading project delivery, managing client relationships and supporting the development of analysts within the team.What you'll be doing
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of digital analytics and consulting projects for global clients.
  • Partner with clients to solve marketing and business challenges using data-driven insights.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including analysts and specialist resources, to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Analyse search, social and other digital data sources to identify trends, opportunities and consumer behaviours.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations for a range of audiences.
  • Develop presentations and reports that communicate insights effectively and support client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across global markets and functions.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, innovation and analytical excellence.
The ideal skills and experienceWe're looking for someone who combines strong marketing knowledge with digital analytics expertise and a passion for solving business problems.You'll likely bring:
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, market research, strategy, consulting or marketing analytics.
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), ideally with a focus on Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital channels and the broader digital ecosystem.
  • Experience working with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, NetBase or Sprinklr.
  • The ability to structure complex problems and develop practical, insight-led solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
It would be great if you also have:
  • Knowledge of search analytics.
  • Python programming experience, including running and debugging code.
  • Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP).
