Celonis Services is a strategic services organisation that focuses on the technical aspects of our customers' journeys, which includes Consulting Services, Academy and Customer Support. We are thought leaders with deep product, technical and domain expertise and focus on delivering Celonis implementations and driving product adoption for our customers. The Role:
Join our team as a Consultant and play a key role in driving the digital transformation and international expansion of our customers. You will collaborate with clients to solve their most complex challenges, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Process Mining, Machine Learning, and Process Automation. Your work will focus on identifying inefficiencies, transforming data into actionable insights, and implementing solutions that drive business outcomes.
As a Consultant, you'll work within cross-functional agile teams to develop innovative solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals—helping them unlock new efficiencies across their business processes.
The work you’ll do:
- Lead the design and delivery of advanced data-driven solutions to address key pain points in clients’ supply chain and operations.
- Use Celonis Process Intelligence and other advanced technologies to uncover process inefficiencies, root causes, and identify actionable opportunities for improvement.
- Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and create tailored analyses and execution apps enhanced with Machine Learning or Task Mining.
- Develop innovative solutions that enable clients to gain full transparency into their processes and drive meaningful digital transformation.
Implement:
- Facilitate value creation workshops to align key stakeholders on the steps to resolve inefficiencies and optimise business processes.
- Quantify and communicate the business impact of proposed solutions, including the financial ROI and key performance improvements.
- Drive the adoption of Process Automation technologies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and ensure the highest levels of process compliance.
- Empower clients with the tools and insights they need to continuously improve processes and unlock sustainable value.
Adopt:
- Work closely with clients to establish the KPIs and metrics that will define their success in the long run.
- Ensure the seamless integration and adoption of new processes and technologies, setting clients up for ongoing improvement and measurable success.
- Guide clients through their journey to continuous optimisation, ensuring that they are equipped to take full advantage of Celonis' capabilities and deliver lasting business transformation.
The qualifications you need:
- Min. 1 year working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
- You are knowledgeable of data related languages (SQL required, other programming languages such as Python are a plus...)
- A passion for innovation and a drive to apply emerging technologies like Machine Learning, AI, and Process Intelligence to solve complex business problems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into business value.
- Strong communication skills—comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels and able to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
- Fluency in German is required.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients to develop practical, impactful solutions for business process optimisation.
- Successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
