You will:
- Contributing to the preparation of competitive Horizon Europe proposals, from initial concept development through submission;
- Translating technical and scientific concepts into clear, convincing and evaluator-oriented narratives;
- Supporting consortium building, partner role definition and allocation of responsibilities;
- Contributing to proposal budgeting, resource planning and eligibility assessments;
- Supporting clients during final submission and, where relevant, Grant Agreement preparation.
- Conducting market, competitor, technology and stakeholder analyses;
- Developing exploitation and uptake strategies for research and innovation results;
- Translating research and technological developments into commercially and societally relevant value propositions;
- Developing strategic recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis;
- Supporting clients and consortiums in the implementation of funded Horizon Europe projects;
- Providing coordination support to project coordinators and work package/task leaders;
- Supporting communication and collaboration between consortium partners;
- Supporting preparation of project meetings, steering committee meetings, workshops and reporting activities.
Requirements:
- Master degree in economics, business, innovation, biotechnology, medicine, material technology, engineering, environmental sciences, social sciences or another relevant discipline;
- 2 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, innovation management, R&I, EU funding, project management or a related field;
- Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills;
- Ability to understand complex technical and scientific information and translate it into structured, accessible and persuasive content;
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to manage several assignments simultaneously;
- Excellent command of English (C2), both written and spoken.
- Experience in preparing or contributing to successful EU funding proposals;
- Understanding of the Horizon Europe project lifecycle, including proposal preparation, evaluation, grant preparation and project implementation;
- Knowledge of Horizon Europe instruments such as RIA, IA, CSA, MSCA, EIC, WIDERA or European Partnerships;
- Experience in innovation management, technology transfer or commercialisation;
- Experience with Life Cycle Assessment, Techno-Economic Assessment, market research or business modelling;
- Knowledge of EU taxonomy, sustainability, circular economy, climate, energy, biotech, digital technologies or other emerging innovation sectors;
- Proficiency in AI-powered tools for research, analysis, content development, information structuring and productivity, with the ability to critically assess and validate AI-generated outputs.
- Client orientation - Ability to understand client needs, structure problems and develop practical, value-adding solutions;
- Proposal writing - Ability to transform complex project ideas into concise, persuasive and evaluator-oriented proposals;
