Job Description
To attend to any cash related matter (e.g., walk-in customers, ATM's) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid down requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- NQF Level 5 or equivalent in Finance, Banking, or related field
Experience Required:
- 1 - 2 years Branch banking experience, with a thorough understanding of the bank's laid-down policies and procedures related to telling / frontline support, bulk cash handling, and ATM operations
- Familiarity with legal aspects regarding cash handling and financial transactions
- Knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse client needs
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using banking software and cash management systems
