Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Invision Patient Accounting master files
- Analyze and resolve complex application issues
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities
- Partner with Revenue Cycle operational teams to improve workflows
- Perform root cause analysis and solution design
- Document configuration, testing, and support activities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Invision Patient Accounting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-hospital health systems
- Cerner/Oracle Patient Accounting experience
- Revenue Cycle conversion or migration experience
- ServiceNow experience
- SQL and reporting experience
Required Experience
- 3+ years of recent Invision Patient Accounting experience
- Hands-on configuration and maintenance experience within Invision
- Experience supporting hospital billing and patient accounting operations
- Experience with system implementations, conversions, upgrades, or optimization projects
- Strong understanding of Patient Financial Services (PFS) and Revenue Cycle workflows
Required Technical Expertise
Candidates should have direct experience configuring and maintaining:
- Financial Class Master
- Insurance/Payor/Plan Masters
- Provider and Facility Masters
- Transaction Code configuration
- Adjustment and Reason Code tables
- User Security and Access
- Billing Rules and Claim Processing
- Statement Processing
- Worklists and Workflow Configuration
- Payment Posting and Reimbursement Processing
