Job Description Summary:
The Brand Consultant assists more senior staff to implement a marketing/sales strategy for one or more of the organization’s products/services. This role also collects and analyzes data on product performance, market trends, consumer behavior etc. while maintaining records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs. This is an individual contributor role that works under limited supervision and applies subject matter knowledge. This role requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills and knowledge.
What You'll do for us

Participate in weekly and monthly data reporting cadences to track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI’s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business.

Support Senior Brand Manager and Brand Director on cross-functional initiatives, work assignments and tasks that align to brand priorities.

Manage program budgets (DME) and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget.

Lead system and industry engagement efforts for the brand to build relevance with key internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare reports/presentations as needed (e.g., customer presentations, internal selling tools, operating decks, monthly performance reports, etc).
Required experience & qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

1-3 years’ experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

Ability to work with cross-functional teams on assignments that deliver on short-term (1 year) brand objectives and business plan metrics. Ability to be the key brand analyst for the team, turning data into actionable insights to drive brand love and brand value.

Pay Range:
$86,300 - $113,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
7.5
