The Role

As a Consult Partner at Kyndryl, you will drive business growth by leading complex transformation engagements and positioning consulting strategies across key client accounts. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders, operating at the intersection of business and technology to deliver measurable outcomes.

This role combines business development, client advisory, and delivery leadership, requiring strong industry expertise, relationship management capabilities, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy:
• Drive revenue growth through deal origination, pipeline development, and conversion
• Define and position Data & AI consulting strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Lead opportunity shaping, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations

Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through AI and data transformation initiatives
• Lead executive discussions, workshops, and strategic engagements
• Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnership development

Delivery Leadership:
• Oversee the design and execution of complex consulting engagements
• Ensure delivery quality, financial performance, and business impact
• Lead cross-functional teams across consulting, data, AI, and technology domains

Operational Excellence:
• Manage financial performance, including revenue growth, margins, and backlog
• Drive utilization, efficiency, and delivery excellence
• Align delivery outcomes with business objectives and client expectations

Leadership & Innovation:
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to thought leadership and strengthen Kyndryl’s market positioning
