We're looking for a Constructions PMO with technological and high organizational skills to support our constantly developing work environment locally and globally.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing project aspects and group processes, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, according to budget and timeline, and in accordance with our quality standards.
The PMO will provide guidance and support to other team members through well informed documentation, all while initiating standards & optimization of tools to enhance projects processes.
The PMO will lead communication of both lessoned learned & quarterly reports to exemplify constant improvement according to our group KPIs.
About The Role:
- Monitoring project performance and ongoing tasks, timeline and budget, and ensure alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
- Conduct regular reviews of project management processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status reviews, and post-project evaluations.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that project requirements and changes are communicated and addressed promptly.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a PMO with a proven track record of tech offices (other interior projects such as commercial is an advantage)
- A Degree in Industrial Engineering from a familiar institute (Technion, Ben-Gurion, Ariel university, etc.)
- High efficiency in excel, efficiency with SQL, Python, R, Java is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
