AECOM Tishman is seeking to hire a Project Manager for our ongoing healthcare/life sciences construction in Mid-Town Manhattan.  

• Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. 
• Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. 
• Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Healthcare & Life Science NY

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS Engineering or related curriculum and 4 years of relevant construction project management experience or AA/AS and 6 years of relevant experience or HS/GED and 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements:

• BS Construction Management or Engineering.
• Healthcare or Life Science construction experience.
• Experience working for a large GC on complex construction projects.
• Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with construction management documentation: RFP, RFI, Scope of Work, change order management.
• Experience in subcontractor management.
