Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking an associate with at least 2 years of litigation experience to work in the Atlanta office. Our nationally recognized construction practice provides the opportunity to represent clients throughout the country. We are looking for individuals with superior academic credentials (High Honors, Law Review, and/or Moot Court), excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel. Experience with construction disputes or construction litigation, an engineering background, and/or judicial clerkships are desirable, but are not mandatory. GA bar preferred.
