The Consolidation Trainee will support the Group’s consolidation process and gain hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS-EU. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in financial reporting and group accounting within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the monthly consolidation of financial statements using Group Reporting and Excel
- Support the identification and monitoring of conversion adjustments between local GAAP and IFRS-EU
- Identification, analysis and monitoring of the main consolidation adjustments performed by the Group, namely, elimination of intra-group balances, transactions and margins, among others;
- Collaborate with subsidiaries to ensure timely submission of reporting packages and compliance with group accounting policies
- Maintain structured documentation and tracking folders for consolidation outputs
Requirements
Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- Strong academic background in financial accounting and reporting.
- Interest in IFRS and group consolidation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
