The Role
Prepare FIFA’s annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and notes. Produce monthly consolidated reporting and quarterly forecasts for management planning and analysis. Support IFRS projects, complex accounting transactions, audits, reconciliations, financial analyses, and management reporting while ensuring financial information is accurate and reliable.

THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
- Preparing FIFA’s annual consolidated financial statement including balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement and notes in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards
- Preparing a monthly consolidated financial reporting and quarterly financial forecast to allow management to make decisions in a timely manner and for the purpose of planning, analysis and benchmarking
- Supporting IFRS-related projects and complex accounting transactions, and corresponding financial audit questions of FIFA’s consolidated financial statement
- Preparing financial analyses, reconciliations, and management reports to support strategic decision-making and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Minimum 4 years experiences in an organisation within the finance consolidation/reporting department or a finance consultancy/audit company
- Proven records in consolidation and IFRS, ideally within a multicultural organisation or IFRS desk review experience within an international audit company
- University degree in business administration and a higher education within Finance & Accounting, preferably with experience as Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Pragmatic/solution oriented

Skills Required
