Within the Corporate Finance Division join our dynamic Consolidation team where you'll play a crucial role in managing financial reporting for a portfolio of legal entities within Sanofi's global network.

We are looking for a Consolidation Analyst reporting to a Consolidation Manager, part of a team of 15 people within Consolidation organization part of Group Finance organization, to embark in this extraordinary journey.

This role offers a challenging day-to-day experience with countries, corporate functions (Controlling, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Investor relations, Internal Control) and provide a unique perspective over the whole Sanofi Group.

Key responsibilities:

As a Consolidation Analyst you are the primary contact for the affiliates within your scope (approx. 35-40 legal entities).

• ​You will participate to the end-to-end financial consolidation process for your zone for the quarterly, half year and annual Group financial statements published to the market and provide to the Top Management a monthly analysis of the Group financial statements
• You will be involved in transversal technical analysis, such as IFRS 2 valuation, intangible assets, financial investments, etc.
• You will participate actively to the Group reporting process optimization adopting a continuous improvement spirit, being proactive in feedbacks and a creative force
• You will contribute to the M&A projects being involved in the PPA, the financial integration and supporting the local teams in the accounting of disposed/acquired business and assets
• You will participate to the implementation of system upgrades or replacements

You are a highly qualified professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and you bring 2 to 3 years of experience in finance.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
• Background in IFRS accounting and consolidation
• Your analytical skills are sharp, allowing you to synthesize complex financial data into clear insights
• You are known for your autonomy, your ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Your communication skills enable you to collaborate efficiently across various levels of the organization
• You are business oriented with a focus on teamwork to collaborate cross-functionally
• You are fluent in English
