Job Description

We’re looking for a talented teammate…

To join CLEAResult as a Conservation Account Manager (CAM). The CAM is responsible for energy efficiency program promotion and opportunity identification within assigned commercial accounts. In addition, the CAM will provide technical support and guidance through energy savings initiatives undertaken by key accounts.

What we need help with…

  • Working with key accounts, trade associations, channel partners, and other supply chain members, identifies and develops energy savings projects in order to meet assigned targets

  • Develops and implements strategic account plans for key customers and manages multi-level relationships with key accounts

  • Supports customers in completing incentive applications, including associated technical and economic viability (where required), M&V methodologies, and eligibility criteria, and facilitating the progress of incentive application to completion

  • Identifies energy efficiency measures and opportunities in the assigned key account organization

  • Prepares and deliver high quality presentations and proposals tailored to clients, as well as any other internal and external groups as needed

  • Attend industry events.

  • Regular travel within a specified region is required. Occasional overnight travel to other parts of Canada may be required which can include remote locations.

Exciting candidates have…

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial/industrial/agricultural energy efficiency

  • 3 or 4-year technical degree, preference given to those focused on sustainability and energy efficiency

  • P.Eng, B.Eng, B.Sc., CEM, CET designations would be considered an asset 

  • Strong influence and negotiation skills

  • Passionate about energy efficiency with a focus on technology solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to drive energy savings and achieve or exceed energy savings targets

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset

Compensation Range:

$36.80 - $58 / hour

Any offered rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example
