Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Conseiller(ère) principal de la diligence raisonnable des tiers qui sera chargé(e) de réaliser des contrôles de diligence raisonnable fondés sur les risques concernant les tiers, notamment en analysant de manière approfondie leur structure de propriété et leur statut juridique, et en menant des recherches indépendantes ainsi qu’une analyse des informations justificatives.

Poste basé à Conakry, ouvert aux Candidats Guinéens uniquement avec un contrat de travail local.
Relevant du Responsable de la diligence raisonnable des tiers (Third Party Due Diligence Lead), il/elle aura les responsabilités ci-dessous:
- Identifier les risques potentiels et coordonner, lorsque cela est nécessaire, leur remontée auprès des interlocuteurs internes concernés et/ou des experts juridiques afin d’obtenir leur avis.
- Fournir aux unités opérationnelles des rapports finaux présentant les constats pertinents et les recommandations.
- Effectuer des contrôles qualité sur les rapports réalisés par les collègues et les analystes TPDD.
- Examiner et traiter les alertes de surveillance générées par le système et prendre les mesures appropriées.
- Coordonner la mise en œuvre du cadre et des normes TPRM, et agir comme principal point de contact pour les parties prenantes en Guinée.
- Identifier les possibilités d’amélioration du programme et prendre en charge la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions adaptées aux besoins.
- Soutenir l’équipe TPDD dans le cadre des projets en cours, planifiés et nouveaux.
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Être titulaire d’une licence ou diplôme universitaire équivalent, ou expérience pratique ou formation professionnelle équivalente, notamment une certification dans le domaine du renseignement ou des enquêtes.
- Avoir au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions de recherche et d’analyse, par exemple dans l’analyse du renseignement (forces armées, police, fonction publique ou cabinet spécialisé en renseignement d’entreprise), la recherche d’investigation ou le journalisme d’investigation.
- Avoir un esprit curieux et de solides compétences en recherche en sources ouvertes (OSINT), une bonne connaissance des registres du commerce et des procédures administratives en Guinée, ainsi que la capacité à vérifier l’identité et la structure de propriété des tiers et à présenter les résultats dans des rapports clairs et objectifs.
- Avoir un jugement solide, une grande intégrité et la capacité à faire remonter les signaux d’alerte lorsque nécessaire, ainsi qu’une aptitude à travailler conformément à des procédures définies et à des accords de niveau de service (SLA).
- Faire preuve d’une maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais requise et bonne maîtrise de Microsoft 365.
- Faire preuve d’un engagement en matière de sécurité, de confidentialité et de conduite éthique.

About the Simandou Project
The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.
Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification, practical experience, or professional training
- At least 3 years of experience in research and analysis, intelligence analysis, investigative research, or investigative journalism
- Certification in intelligence or investigations, where applicable to the candidate’s professional training
- Strong open-source intelligence research skills
- Knowledge of Guinean commercial registries and administrative procedures
- Ability to verify third-party identity and ownership structures and present findings in clear, objective reports
- Sound judgment, high integrity, and ability to escalate red flags appropriately
- Ability to work according to defined procedures and service-level agreements
- Fluency in French and English
- Good proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Commitment to security, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
- Guinean nationality and availability to work under a local contract in Conakry
