Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Conseiller Ops pour rejoindre notre équipe
Responsabilités
Assurer la disponibilité, l’intégrité, la sécurité et la performance des environnements sous sa responsabilité;
Participer à l’analyse des besoins et mise en place de nouvelles solutions;
Participer à l’élaboration des plans de redressement des actifs ayant un écart;
Participer à la création de la planification des activités préventives (relève, mise à jour, graduation, surveillance, sauvegarde, etc.);
Tenir à jour les plans d’architecture d’infrastructure;
Effectuer les diagnostics des problèmes et des incidents de grande complexité, mettre en place des mesures correctives et préventives;
Assurer l’automatisation des tâches récurrentes;
Assurer la liaison entre les équipes de développement et de gestion opérationnelle pour le maintien des systèmes sous sa responsabilité;
Soutenir les développeurs et encadrer les bonnes pratiques technologiques;
Contribuer à l'augmentation de la qualité et de la fréquence des livraisons;
Assurer la stabilité, l'uniformité et la robustesse des déploiements;
Mettre en place et assurer le bon fonctionnement des mécanismes de surveillance;
Mettre en place et assurer le bon fonctionnement des tests automatisés d'intégration, de sécurité et de performance.
Qualifications
Posséder 5 années d’expérience pertinente dans un environnement technologique hétérogène;
Posséder 5) années d’expérience dans l’administration de systèmes sur Linux;
Maîtriser et posséder 3 années d’expérience pertinente avec chacune des technologies suivantes: Ansible, Jenkins, GIT, Zabbix,
Technologie de conteneur (Docker ou Kubernetes ou Podman ou Cri-o, etc.), VMware;
Connaissances des environnements Linux et logiciels relatifs aux contextes applicatifs suivants : Applications web (Apache, PHP, NGINX), Python, Shell et PowerShell, Services standards (NFS, Kerberos, NTP, SMB, Syslog), Environnements infonuagiques (Azure ou AWS), Documentation technique en lien avec l’architecture techno et le fonctionnement des composants;
Avoir une bonne compréhension des environnements technologiques complexes incluant les aspects de virtualisation, base de données, télécom, stockage, surveillance et sauvegardes;
Maîtriser la langue française parlée et écrite.
Avoir une connaissance fonctionnelle de la langue anglaise parlée et écrite. L'anglais est requis le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
