Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Conseiller(ère) en ingénierie de données pour rejoindre notre équipe.


Responsabilités

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir les pipelines et l’infrastructure de données nécessaires pour soutenir l’analyse, la production de rapports et l’aide à la décision;
  • Analyser les sources de données, définir les logiques d’intégration (ETL/ELT) et appliquer les patrons de conception (design patterns) recommandés;
  • Développer des flux performants dans Microsoft Fabric et structurer les données dans des modèles de données adaptés (p. ex. schémas en étoile/en flocon);
  • Mettre en place des contrôles de qualité des données et contribuer aux tests unitaires et intégrés afin de valider les développements;
  • Assurer l’intégration, la sécurité et la confidentialité des données cliniques et administratives, conformément aux normes en vigueur;
  • Gérer le code, la traçabilité et les déploiements via Azure DevOps et des pratiques CI/CD;
  • Documenter les solutions, partager les connaissances et soutenir l’opérationnalisation des produits de données;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes d’architecture, de sécurité, d’exploitation et les parties prenantes pour optimiser les systèmes et répondre aux besoins d’affaires.

Qualifications

  • Maîtrise de la langue française parlée et écrite;
  • Baccalauréat (1er cycle) dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, en administration des affaires, en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe; Détenir une certification de spécialisation délivrée par une autorité compétente et reconnue dans le domaine des technologies de l’information. L'équivalence du MIFI est exigée pour tout diplôme obtenu à l'extérieur du Québec;
  • Posséder CINQ (5) ans d’expérience en ingénierie de données;
  • Détenir plus de QUATRE (4) ans d’expérience en intelligence d’affaires, dont TROIS (3) ans en ingénierie de données dans le réseau de la santé du Québec;
  • Détenir UN (1) an d’expérience avec Fabric ou Databricks;
  • Démontrer la participation active à au moins DEUX (2) mandats dans le développement de solution analytique intégrant des systèmes d’informations cliniques provinciaux et des établissements (ex: Clinibase, SIURGE, Med-urge, BDCU, MED-ECHO, Opera, SIMASS, SILP).
  • Outils et langages : Git/GitHub, SQL, Python, Power BI;
  • Connaissances de Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Direct Lake, pipelines, notebooks) et des environnements Spark.
  • Maîtrise de TSQL, DAX et formats JSON;
  • Connaissance d’outils/plateformes Azure (p. ex. Azure Data Lake Gen2, Data Factory) et d’outils de gouvernance/métadonnées (p. ex. Microsoft Purview).

Skills Required

  • Fluent spoken and written French
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, management, or a related field
  • Specialization certification issued by a recognized competent information technology authority
  • MIFI equivalency for degrees obtained outside Quebec
  • Five years of experience in data engineering
  • More than four years of business intelligence experience
  • Three years of data engineering experience in Quebec's healthcare network
  • One year of experience with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks
  • Active participation in at least two analytical solution development mandates integrating provincial clinical information systems and healthcare establishments
  • Experience with Git or GitHub, SQL, Python, and Power BI
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Direct Lake, pipelines, and notebooks
  • Knowledge of Spark environments
  • Proficiency in T-SQL, DAX, and JSON formats
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Lake Gen2, Azure Data Factory, or similar Azure tools
  • Knowledge of data governance and metadata tools such as Microsoft Purview
  • Legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada
