En tant que consultant en applications pour le groupe des services professionnels, ce professionnel sera responsable de configurer l’application logicielle pour répondre aux exigences commerciales des clients. Ils collaboreront étroitement avec les clients pour concevoir, configurer et déployer des solutions qui répondent à leurs besoins uniques et génèrent des résultats commerciaux. Ils posséderont d’excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes tout en maintenant un état d’esprit axé sur les solutions.
Missions principales
1-Pallier à plusieurs besoins au niveau de l'implantation d'AURORA soit :
- Participer activement à la conversion de client Aurora (SFM, Méga ou autre)
- Créer du contenu soit en soutien à la conversion au SP;
- Finalement prendre des dossiers de « migration » et non conversion de client qui se dirige vers Aurora et qui voudrait profitez de l’opportunité pour revoir au complet leur processus de Paie et faire une vraie implantation (SP)
2-Pallier aux pics de capacité au niveau des implantations et formations SFM
Requis :
Connaissance du domaine municipal et de la paie
Atout : Connaissance de la solution SFM
