Salary range (but not limited to):
118,700 - 145,100Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Conseill.ère technique, Indemnisation lignes spécialisées (FinPro+) qui jouera un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance en assurance spécialisée.
Sous la direction des Réclamations en Lignes Spécialisées, à titre de Conseill.ère technique, Indemnisation lignes spécialisées (FinPro+) (Québec), vous devrez, comme expert en sinistre, assister le client dans le cadre de réclamations en responsabilité professionnelle (E&O) et en responsabilité des administrateurs et dirigeants (D&O), en crime financier et risques cyber. Vous devrez analyser la recevabilité de la réclamation, conduire l’enquête pour déterminer la responsabilité potentielle de l’assuré et/ou des tiers, évaluer les dommages réclamés et négocier, le cas échéant, un règlement, tout en veillant, à chacune des étapes, à offrir à l’assuré un service client exceptionnel.
De concert avec nos avocats, vous devrez, traiter des dossiers litigieux, élaborer des stratégies et envisager les modes alternatifs de règlements de conflits dans ces dossiers.
Lieu de travail : Montréal (2020 boul. Robert-Bourassa), Laval (600 rue Lucien-Paiement), St-Hyacinthe (2450 rue Girouard O) ou Québec (5700 boul. des Galeries).
Ce que vous ferez :
Être à l’écoute du client, expliquer clairement le parcours qu’entreprendra la réclamation, répondre à ses questions et livrer un service qui dépasse ses attentes.
Analyser les garanties d’assurance du client et expliquer clairement quelles sont les protections en lien avec la réclamation présentée.
Évaluer la responsabilité potentielle de l’assuré et/ou de tierce partie en appuyant son raisonnement sur des éléments d’enquête pertinents et bien étayés.
Évaluer le caractère raisonnable et la recevabilité des dommages réclamés à l’assuré.
Communiquer efficacement avec le client pour l’informer des développements.
Bien annoter et documenter son dossier en respectant les normes et directives de l’entreprise.
Négocier efficacement, si opportun, les réclamations.
Assurer une saine gestion des frais et des coûts externes.
Collaborer activement avec les divers services tel que la souscription, la distribution, le contentieux, ainsi qu’avec les courtiers.
Participer aux catastrophes lorsqu’elles se présentent.
Assister à des conférences de règlement à l’amiable et à des procès.
Maintenir à jour ses connaissances et participer aux développements de collègues.

Ce que vous mettez à profit :
Diplôme d’étude collégiale (DEC) et/ou formation équivalente ou jugée pertinente.
DEC en assurance / Baccalauréat en droit (un atout).
Détenir un permis 5a valide auprès de l’AMF.
Expérience de plus de 7 ans à titre d’expert en sinistre E&O D&O ou expérience équivalente.
Bilinguisme (français / anglais) – Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière.
