Connectivity 操作员

1.  产品组装与处理：员工根据操作规程，准确进行光纤连接器的组装、光纤固定及端面研磨抛光操作。
2.  质量检验： 使用专用设备（如显微镜、插回损测试仪）对连接器端面质量和光学性能（插入损耗、回波损耗）进行严格检验，识别并报告缺陷。
3.  清洁与防护：保持产品和工作区域的洁净，确保产品无污染。
4.  设备操作与维护：熟练操作相关生产设备（研磨机、测试仪等），并按要求进行日常点检和基础维护。
5.  记录与报告：准确记录生产数据、检验结果，及时报告生产异常或质量问题。
6.  遵守生产规范：严格执行生产工艺规程、质量标准、安全规定及5S现场管理要求。

7. 员工能够胜任12h 白夜班的切换，白班上下班时间为：08：00-20：00，夜班上下班时间为：20：00-08：00。

8. 在Connectivity 业务不繁忙的时候，必须服从生产调配到光缆车间。
